How it works
Enter TONNAGE and optionally COMMODITY, MOISTURE_PCT, TARGET_MOISTURE, PRICE_PER_TON, FREIGHT_RATE, TRUCK_TONS, BATCH_ID and FACILITY. Shrink uses the standard formula: settlement weight = weight × (100 − measured) ÷ (100 − target).
Typical trade-basis moisture is built in for corn, soybeans, wheat and sorghum; confirm it against your contract. Outputs are arithmetic on your inputs, not grade or quality certification.
